How To Use Online Booking
Online Booking is the latest facility to be offered by Coopers Taxis, it is available to all users and only requires a brief registration to be completed, this alternative method of booking enables you to book directly onto our computerised system, therefore saving you time waiting on the telephone.
Once you have booked your own taxi, you will receive a booking confirmation, and once the job has been allocated to a driver, you wll be able to track your taxi whilst on route to your collection via an online map.
This facility we hope will be of particular interest to any establishment who book regular taxis on behalf of their customers, eg. Hospital/Doctors Receptionist, Hotel and Restaurants.
By keeping the booking facility open on your computer, it will enable you to book a taxi in a couple of keystrokes, rather than having to call the office, wait for answer then relay all the details to the telephonist. It really is that easy.
How do we use this service
To enrol to use this service is very simple:

- Save it to your desktop.
- Opens in Adobe Reader, which can be DOWNLOADED FREE OF CHARGE HERE.
- Complete the Form, then save back to your desktop
- Attach the form to an email to office@cooperstaxis.co.uk
Once the form is received an account will be set up for you. You will receive an email with your username and password and also a brief user guide
